In the year 2000 Doradztwo Gospodarcze DGA S.A. is celebrating its 10th anniversary of operating in the consulting services market.

The beginning of the 90s was an extremely difficult period for private firms beginning their activity, especially in the area of economic and financial consulting. When we analyse specific years of our activity we can clearly see changes in demand for various types of consulting services. In the beginning most popular services included managing of accounting books, later demand shifted to services associated with privatisation, restructuring, business plan preparation, investment risk analysis, due diligence analysis, price analysis etc. We can proudly say that we were able to survive dramatic changes in our surroundings and this clearly visible in our position in rankings of consulting firms (8th among 50 best consulting firms in Poland according to the Warsaw Business Journal and 7th when it comes to development dynamics of firms from the Wielkopolska region according to Głos Wielkopolski).

Currently we are one of the most dynamically growing companies in our sector. We have organised a team of over 40 consultants with a huge potential (including three consultants with the CMC Certificate - Certified Management Consultant), tying together experience of specialists in areas of law, economics, finance, management and also consultants with success and qualifications in areas of preparing and initiating privatisation strategies for both specific firms and whole sectors.

So far we have completed close to 1000 projects, including taking part in privatisation of over 100 firms, preparing several dozens of restructuring programmes and 150 projects for the Polish energy sector. Our references include public administration institutions, Polish and foreign energy sector firms and leaders in many other sectors (including banks and financial institutions).
